Upload the PowerPoint, PDF or Word file you already have, up to 50 MB, and present it page by page with your own content and layout. A Word document scrolls as a document, so lecture notes or a handout work as well as a slide deck. There is nothing to rebuild and no template to fit into.

Every participant opens the slide you are on, on their own phone, tablet or laptop. They can go back to any slide you have already shown, never a hidden one, take private notes, draw on their own copy and mark each slide Got it or Review. With a free account, they keep the whole session afterwards as their own learning journey, with a personal report.

On Mentimeter, importing a presentation is a paid feature: its help center lists it for Basic, Pro and Enterprise and says it is not available on the Free plan.

Participants ask anonymously from their own device. When someone has the same question, they upvote the one already asked, and you see how many participants are behind it. You pin a question, answer it and mark it done without leaving your slides.

Polls come in six kinds: yes or no, true or false, multiple choice, rating scale, free answer and word cloud. Add a live quiz built from your own slides, or one you write or import, and read the room with Class Pulse as you go.

During the session, Class Pulse shows slide by slide how long you stayed on each one, how long the room looked at it and the signals it sent. Afterwards the report keeps the session slide by slide: participation, reactions, questions, poll and quiz results. Export it as PDF, with every slide on its own page, or as CSV.

Sessions you run with your account are saved automatically and kept for 12 months after the session, and each participant can keep a personal report with a free account. On Mentimeter, downloading results as an image, PDF or Excel file starts on its Basic plan.

Open Quiz and Diaposi builds one from the deck you are presenting: the whole presentation or only the chapters you pick, easy, medium or hard, with or without a timer. You read every question before the room sees it, and you can rewrite, delete or add one. The room can vote on how hard and how long it should be; you see the tally and make the call.

Short on a poll question? Diaposi suggests one drawn from the slide on screen, and only from slides the room has already seen, so a suggestion never gives away what comes next. Participants answer at their own pace, can say I don't know, and see their own score in private, while you see how the room understood each chapter.

Before the first slide, participants write what they hope to take away, and their cards stream onto your screen. Hold End and the same wall comes back: each participant says whether it was met, partly met or not yet, and your report shows how many left with what they came for.

The report also carries the quiet signals: the slides participants went back to after you had moved on, and the places where you moved on while the room was still reading. Nobody pressed a button for these, so the participants who never speak up count too.
